I apply ice for a few minutes to my injection site on my stomach every night. Still got fingers crossed for scan...

I'm not sure how it could hurt. Good luck with the scan.
They freeze and thaw embryos so I would guess it has to be OK (so this is my lame attempt at some ART humor, forgive me.)
On a more serious note, I would think it's fine.
